Hulic Reit Management Co., Ltd. is the asset management company of Hulic Reit, Inc., which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) market (J-REIT market). We share the corporate philosophy of the Hulic Group, which is to “create a society that always considers safety and peace of mind by providing the products and services that form the foundation for our customers’ social activity” and receive wide-ranging support in managing the assets of Hulic Reit.

While maximizing our use of the expertise that the Hulic Group has built up in the real estate industry in terms of both external and internal growth, we aim to maximize shareholder value by maintaining and improving medium- and long-term revenue and growing the scale and value of the managed assets, combining this with our own initiatives.
